McGuckin & Pyle specializes in custom manufacturing flame laminators for automotive, medical, roofing, flooring, footwear, marine, and upholstery applications. Flame, hot roll, flat bed, adhesive, knife over roll and PSA laminators are products that we custom design and build. Our laminators are available with splicing, slitting, dual station unwinding options. J-Box serpentine accumulator with tension control or pleating conveyor options can be provided with the flame laminators.

Laminators can be made for varied applications, from simple two roll lab applications to fully automated 3 & 4 roll continuously running systems. All our machines are PLC controlled with user-friendly touch screen options. Complete assembly and thorough testing ensures laminator quality prior to shipment. We can also install laminators in your factories. Combustion systems are manually adjusted or PLC controlled with modulating gas and air valves tied to recipe set-points. They can fire on natural gas or propane.
